On occasions when I have visited this store, Carl is one of the most helpful sales person I have ever come across. He is always pleasant and Halfords should be very proud of him. Nothing is too much trouble and I have always left Halfords feeling a valued customer.

Amazing experience in relation to cycling. They were so kind and understanding. I had a situation with a previous bike and they let me try every bike and had a great attitude. I talked to Shawn and he gave great customer service. He asked me what I needed the bike for, asked how much I'll be using it so he could provide a good fit.
I was on my way to holiday today from Wiltshire & had an issue with my roof bars, so I stopped off at Halfords in Newport, I must say the guy who helped me Mark, was the most helpful & comical guy I could of wished for, please could you make sure he is recognised for his customer support with dealing with my issue, thank you we have rectified our issue.
Had what I wanted but at premium prices. Staff seemed very busy....one on the phone, one on the computer and only one actually serving. But she was friendly and quite efficient.
