Love their footwear ... so comfortable but they almost didn't get my custom because the staff were more interested in nattering to each other by the storeroom door. I was obviously interested in buying because of the time i spent looking, but was totally ignored. I had to go and stand within inches of the girl and even then I had to ask for assistance.Yes I did get shoes and a water proof spray.
Disgusted with what I saw in the store on wednesday from who I assume is a member of management. In the middle of serving customers she decided to speak so disrespectfully to one of the colleagues and belittled her in front of customers while her colleague was doing her job. The collrague was then visibly upset and embarrassed to which i don't blame her for being spoken to like that. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and I think that this particular staff member needs to be taught how to correctly talk to people and to teach others with respect. Will not be returning to the store again.
Good shoes and helpful staff
I came in the other day and I was approached by one of your sales assistants called Beth who was a lovely girl. She asked if I needed any help and I mentioned that I was looking for a new pair of gym shoes and she was able to help me straight away. She recommended a few styles that she thought would be best for me and I tried a great selection on, and had decided on a pair that I had liked after trying them on. Normally I feel anxious about going into stores when it comes to buying gym clothes and shoes but she made the whole process easier and enjoyable. I will gladly be visiting the store again.
Would have selected 0 but not an option. I would have purchased if not for the attitude of your staff! I visited your store on 25th June There was 2 members of staff which you really need to re train. The girl in particular was sceaming order numbers through the stock door and when the stock arrived they just threw them around with no regard to people in the store. Communication skills were appalling, myself and around 3 other customer decided to leave.
