Storage Giant is absolutely brilliant, the staff all give amazing customer service, they really listen to what you need and the rates are by far the best around - If you need storage, seriously there is nowhere that does it better!
We used to refer to our storage unit as the "spare oom" - the staff at Newport have always been great and always pleased to help.. Especially as I kept forgetting my Pin Code..! I would recommend Storage Giant for their amazing facilities and customer service. Ally made sure we understood everything and made the whole process easy. It was very busy and not once did she make anyone feel stressed or pressured we can only say thank you. We came in stressed and worried and left smiling.
