Wanted to upgrade my phone. Originally went to O2 in Cwmbran but they were v unhelpful. The staff in the Spytty (Tesco) branch were fab & went out of their way to make sure I got any discounts I was eligible for. Really plsd with my new phone.
Both men who served me were lovely. I expected the big guy to be forceful in selling me something I didn't really want but he was lovely couldn't have been more wrong. And the chap who tranfered my pics and stuff was brill all done in 40 minutes start to Finnish. Would definitely recommend this o2 store as it's the best that I've been to and would definitely recommend those two guys to see
