My first venture here, found it warm and welcoming which is rare in big establishments. Great selection of ales and ciders not found elsewhere locally. Live music Sunday and Thursday. Mostly acoustic/folk based either local talent or touring artists.
Great little cozy pub with really friendly owners. The beers and ciders are superb and change on a regular basis to give fantastic variety... It's one of this places where you could go on your own, with friends, or with your partner and the locals are very welcoming and chatty (which is unusual nowadays)...
