I had laser hair removal done on my face and was told that Id only need 6 treatments from the first consultatant I had working on me. It was all going good until they changed their consultant and laser machine. After the machine had changed I had seen zero difference in hair removal and upon bringing that up with the consultant she had just said that id need more sessions. After the 6 sessions she now decided to more than double the price of the treatment which was very unprofessional especially because of the concern I had brought up about it completely not working. I decided to pay the extra money for 3 more sessions and still saw no progress. Now a few months later my hair has completely grown back and I cannot stress how much a waste of time and money those sessions were! Do not recommend for laser hair removal!
My brows were good, but I had to wait outside in the cold, for nearly 30mins!! I got there, assuming the door was open, and customers could wait in a warm and friendly atmosphere, but the door was locked, with a chalked sign, saying 'In Treatment, Please wait'. The only person there, was the lady who does the brows treatment! Aparently, this company has been there for around 3 years!! So why on earth haven't you got a receptionist to welcome customers in to wait?? Surely you can afford it!? NO customer should have to wait OUTSIDE, until it is their appointment time!! Disgraceful! I won't be coming again!I also DEMAND an appology!! . SO ignorant!! I will NOT tolerate rudeness!!
Complexion Medi Spa deserves a lot more than a 5* rating. Clare & the team make you feel so welcome at the Spa & the treatments are to die for. I can highly recommend the Microdermabrasion Facial - it is the best facial I have ever had. I recently had an afternoon of treatments at Complexion Medispa.... microdemabrasion followed by mask, body scrub and massage, eyebrow tidy and tint, eyelash tint and pedicure. It was an absolutely fantastic experience, my therapist was both professional and friendly. The treatments were high quality and I left feeling wonderfully relaxed. I can't recommend Complexion highly enough!
