Very friendly and relaxing atmosphere; all staff we absolutely loving and welcoming as soon as you step through the door.Alex gave me a tension relief back massage which was absolutely amazing, I have never felt so relaxed but also relieved as I could feel her massaging the knots out of my back. She asked how much pressure is like and continued to check if it was ok throughout the massage. She also gave me some really good advice afterwards which is never been told before and Ive had a fair few massages.Would definitely recommend and I will definitely be back!
Ive been coming here for years and I will not go elsewhere. All the girls are absolutely lovely from the minute I walk in and I am always leaving with a smile. Highly recommended and its always a 5 star rating from me
I had a treat yourself package bought for me and I got one for my mothers birthday we both went together and it was AMAZING. The staff really look after you and make sure you are comfortable at all times. The rooms smelt lovely. The best back massage I've ever had. The afternoon tea was delicious also. Will definitely be going again.
I had my eyebrows microbladed by Katie. They look amazing and theyve completely changed the look of my face. The shape is perfect and they look so natural. Katie is lovely, so friendly, just like the rest of the staff Ive encountered there. Katie was reassuring about the treatment and as well as ensuring I understood the aftercare, as well as the procedure, she said Im able to contact her with any questions or concerns I might have now my brows are complete. I would highly recommend Katie and The Health and Serenity Spa and I will be going back if/when I need a top up.
Jessica is such an asset to the Spa and Salon. She's extremely talented in what she does and can relate to clients in such a down to earth and caring way. My hair transformation today is gorgeous. The cut and colour look fantastic-I love it! It's a real pick me up and is just what I needed. Some quality hair pamper time.
