Not a bad breakfast. Special eggs with the breakfast. Really nice.
5 mins walk from the transporter bridge, clean friendly 'greasey spoon cafe' freindly staff and good value for money.
Proper cafe, lovely breakfast with proper fried bread. very friendly and helpful staff, had the medium sized breakfast it was great and good value, next time I'm going to get the largest!
Fanny's is a traditional workers "greasy spoon" cafe with a retro "route 66" theme. The food is cheep and of good quality. The owner and staff are very friendly. They enjoy having young customers and have a special section on the menu for them. Most of the food is based around fried breakfast ingredients (bacon, sausage, eggs beans etc) a variety of coffees. Don't expect Starbucks variety or cost.
If you're looking for an old fashioned cafe , reasonably priced and good food. Look no further. Doesn't look much from the outside but the welcome and simple choices inside make up for it. No latte's or similar here and it's all the better for it.
