Took my puppy in for his first visit, and first vaccination. Getting an appointment at a time that worked for me was very easy, and the vets made him feel very comfortable.I signed up for the Pet Health Plan after it was explained to me, as it seemed like a great way to make sure Bryn was covered for all of the preventative things. They were also super understanding and let me return the paperwork at a later date, as he was wriggling a lot and wouldn't give me the chance to fill it in there and then.He's been back a second time with an upset tummy, very easy to get the appointment on the same day. Now he's feeling much better! Very pleased with their care. They also gave great advice on insurance, and the better policies to go for.
Wonderful service. Slightly more expensive than other veterinary services I've found. But worth it
