Vets and Nurses are always brilliant with the animals. Reception staff need to work on their phone manner.
Vets are lovely but be careful about prices. Different people charge more for the same treatment!!!!!!
I've always found Alphavet to be excellent and very caring towards my dog. They were also very helpful when we brought in a moorhen chick we found on the canal. I wouldn't hesitate to bring future pets to them.
These vets are okay but a bad fit for me and my pet. Went in to get some advice and it ended up costing me 42.50. I would rather have a vet who actually has an interest in my pet rather than charge me for some advice.
