Range of pet/animal accessories is good. They have an onsite vets and grooming service.However, the customer service can be very slow. We wanted to buy fish which we promised our children. We had to ask staff if someone can help us 3 times. Three quarters of an hour later, we finally had our fish.
Got lots of stuff to tempt, and choose from, for dogs. Other animals too, I expect. Got half price soft squeaky calls, (No it's not a medical problem), and Lilys Kitchen tinned food. The dogs love going there to vacuum the biscuit crumbs off the floor!
The shop as a lot too offer. A good range of products. And very helpful staff
Was here looking for a friend for our rabbit but they didn't have many rabbits in at the moment. It was nice to look around at the animals just incase we thought about getting something else for our son. We did find a lot of the things we was after in this store either didn't have what we wanted or it was damage.
Great amount of supplies for my puppy. It was really helpful to have a specific section just for them.Reason for 4 stars is that the prices are expensive for some items, however some are cheap. It depends on what you look at.
